Greenwich Roundup: Those In The Know Are Not Fully Informed Until … I was driving my mom’s car the other day because she asked me to run to the store for her because she was sick and as i was driving through the parking lot a car backed out really fast and slammed into my mom’s car….we got estimates the next day that came out to be $1,456,but the guy that slammed into me said that he doesnt have to pay that or report it to his insurance because I’m not on the insurance for my moms car.I have his insurance information and he even signed a paper saying that he was at fault,however my moms worried that she wont be able to get the damages paid for because Im not on her insurance.She has AARP (Hartford insurance),and the guy who hit us has Mercury if that matters any.

NO LICENSE Clyde T. Trice, 29, 1143 Emerald Ave., Chicago Heights, was charged with driving without a valid license, no insurance, driving on suspended registration and failure to wear a seat belt after a Nov. 5 stop in the 1500 block of Shields Avenue, police said.

SUSPENDED LICENSE Robert N. Sims, 38, 398 W. 16th St., Chicago Heights, was charged with driving on a suspended license, having expired registration and no insurance after a Nov. 5 stop in the 200 block of West 5th Street, police said.
